The Real Meaning of “Secret” Teachings [Video]

Many of the teachings of Tantric Buddhism were traditionally “secret.” Why is this? And is it really okay for modern Tibetan teachers and their students to be openly sharing Tantrayana practices? Is this causing harm, or bringing benefit? Here are my thoughts.
