What is Tsa Lung? [video]
The Tibetan Tantrayana practice that works intensively with the breath is called Tsa Lung.
We combine breath retention with movements that target important points on the body. This releases blockages in the channels (tsa) so that the wind-energy (lung) and essence can flow properly. So many benefits come from this!
Tsa Lung also prepares us for the Tummo meditations.
